Eli Pagonis
Eli Pagonis works with client hospitals across the country as a corporate trainer, speaker and team coach. He presents to groups large and small through Baptist Leadership Groups many training seminars, and his presentations include Service Excellence, Moments of Truth, Moving 4s to 5s, Creating Customer Loyalty, The Leaders Voice, and The Baptist Story. Elis extensive background in corporate training and sales provides his clients with the know-how to take healthcare programs and make them relevant in a business landscape. He has spoken extensively on a variety of other training topics, including interpersonal sensitivity, time management, generational diversity in the workplace, effective communication, stress management and more.
Eli is the Director of Training and a consultant for the Baptist Leadership Group. Prior to this role he served as the coordinator of Baptist Health Care's corporate university, Baptist University (BU). Eli continues to provide training for BU, Baptist physicians, local business leaders and community agencies and serves as keynote speaker to clients and non-clients across the country. He was Baptist Hospital s Communication Team leader and served as a member of the following Baptist University committees: BU Sessions, BU Curriculum and the BU Board. Prior to these roles, he served as a business health consultant for Baptist Health Cares Lakeview Center and was director of provider relations for another healthcare system in Florida. Elis background was extensively in sales and management before joining the healthcare industry.
Eli holds a masters degree in Counseling and Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Music and Business Administration from Troy University. He is also certified as a Myers Briggs trainer. Eli recently served as a two-year adjunct professor at Pensacola Junior College.
