Prior to joining Baptist Leadership Group, Joseph excelled for the past six years with a nationally recognized healthcare consulting practice implementing leader performance management and clinical quality improvement systems in hundreds of healthcare facilities across the country with outstanding results. His expertise in accountability and the goal-setting process has helped organizations dramatically increase patients’ perceptions, improve quality indicators, increase employee engagement, and improve the financial bottom-line. He was awarded employee of the quarter three times for his achievement of partner results and is eager to help you and your organization obtain and sustain desired results.

 

As a highly-rated speaker, Joseph can also assist your organization on topics such as accountability management, goal setting, and quality improvement initiatives. In 2008 after the loss of his grandfather, Joseph re-dedicated his life-long passion to improving healthcare quality with an immense focus on capturing and correcting clinical issues before they occur.

 

Joseph began his career in Emergency Trauma Services at Baptist Hospital where he was an integral part of the cultural transformation process for the Baldrige Award winning facility. He graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in Biological Sciences and has minors in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, History, Political Science, and Spanish. His broad educational background and clinical experience drive his passion to create systems of accountability to foster better clinical outcomes and safer patient care.
