Our venue is Baptist Health Care’s Andrews Institute and Athletes’ Performance, located on the Gulf Coast of Florida just outside Pensacola.  Developed under the leadership and reputation of internationally renowned orthopaedic sports surgeon Dr. James Andrews, this world-class, sparkling new facility features a 10,000 square foot performance center with leading-edge equipment and technology.  It provides a full spectrum of orthopaedic services to patients – from world-class athletes, to weekend warriors, youth athletes and everyday people –with access to state-of-the-art performance training and healthcare services.

	Assessment Tools We use a variety of executive assessment tools in the coaching process that align with and support the coaching goals that are established for you. They include a behavior-based evaluation using quantitative 360 feedback and behavior-based interviews of your direct reports and board members; biographical interviews of the leader including experiences, career progression and achievement; and personality profiling using the Hogan Personality Inventory.   Each CEO will receive an integrated assessment report that outlines individual strengths and development opportunities.  The results of the assessment will be delivered in a personal coaching session with an executive coach.
