- HCAHPS scores
- Staff/patient and physician satisfaction scores with name of survey vendor(s)

- Other initiatives like MAGNET, Joint Commission, Baldrige, IT
- We conduct an information sharing and planning session with your leadership team and your selected speaker for further background information and intelligence gathering
- We develop learning objectives and key concepts for the speaking engagement including:
- Three to four Success Stories that highlight high performers
- Actionable content aligned with your journey
- Event themes from previous years or quarters that impact your journey
- We submit to you a copy of presentation in PDF format one week prior to the engagement for use as handouts or pre-work
- You receive special 30-day access to a custom section of our website created especially for your organization; here you can access the content presented, and additional best practices, tools and tactics available only to you
- We work with you to complete evaluation of our speaker and event team to make sure you are completely satisfied with how the event was executed, the content presented, and the level of engagement of your audience
