Patient-Centered Excellence: National Cohort

Patient-Centered Excellence is much more than service-related tools, tactics and initiatives.  It is creating a strategy and culture that is embedded across your organization, and places the patient at the center of everything you do.

 

Baptist Leadership Group invites you to become a member of our Patient-Centered Excellence: National Cohort.  As a member, you will receive a thorough assessment of your organizational performance that includes employee, physician and leader input, patient feedback and analysis of your actual outcomes.  Your results will be evaluated to provide a diagnostic of your performance that identifies where you have gaps and barriers.  You will have access to Cohort members’ results, and the opportunity to share knowledge and best practices with this highly engaged group healthcare organizations.  You will play an active role in building a national benchmark and community for patient-centered excellence across our industry.
